What is Safety ?
Safety and security is a very important job for the site. Safety and security must be ensured before any construction work can be done. Remember that life is more important than work. 1 / Boundary wall should be strong and sturdy.
2 / Fire extinguishers like three buckets should be kept near the guard post.
3 / The gate of the site should always be kept closed. You cannot go out after 11 pm without special reason.
4 / During the work, the site should be covered with a sack.
5 / In case of high rise building, there should be one or more safety measures in the required direction.
7 / Must have a shed in the main entry.
6 / The temporary elect has to use 2 in core wire for work.
6 / The empty part of the lift core should be closed with brick masonry.
9 / No sand, stone, brick rubble can be kept with boundary wall.
10 / When setting the Hoist machine, it must be well attached to the roof with a rod. And 20 sacks of sand must be placed on top.
11 / Fast aid box should be kept on site. For first aid, cotton and bandages should be kept with Savlon.
12 / Before using the welding machine, wet cloth should be spread on the area and water should be provided.

14 / Safety belt must be worn while working outside the building.
15 / Rod or bash should be removed at the out site of the column when opening the shuttering.
16 / You have to put a canopy on the electric meter board of the site.
17 / You cannot be allowed to travel from one building to another with the voice of the building.
18 / Store wall should be strong. Lock system should be.
19 / Site must have lighting system.

নিরাপত্তা কি?
সাইটের জন্য সেফটি এন্ড সিকিউরিটি খুবুই গুরুত্বপুর্ণ কাজ।যে কোন স্থান কনষ্ট্রাকশন কাজ করার পুর্বে সেফটি সিকিউরিটি আগে নিশ্চিত করে নিতে হয়।মনে রাখতে হবে কাজের চেয়ে জীবন অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। তাই একটি দূর্ঘটনা ঘটলে তার জীবিনে নেমে আসতে পারে অন্ধকার। নষ্ট হতে পারে কোম্পানির সুনাম।এর সাথে আর্থিকভাবে ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হতে পারে।।যে সাইটের জন্য কন্ট্রাকটর তার সকল ওয়ার্কার আছে তাদের এওয়ারনেস বাড়াতে হবে এবং নিম্নে বর্ণিত সেফটি এবং সিকিউরিটি মির্জাস গুলি নিতে হবে।যথা:
১/ বাউন্ডারি ওয়াল মজবুত ও শক্ত হতে হবে।
২/অগ্নি নির্বাপক জিনিস যেমন তিনটি বালতি, গার্ডপোষ্টের কাছে রাখতে হবে।
৩/সাইটের গেট সবসময় বন্ধ রাখতে হবে।রাত ১১ টার পর বিশেষ কারনে ছাড়া বের হওয়া যাবে না।
৪/কাজ চলাকালিন সময় সাইটের চারপাশে চট দিয়ে ঢেকে রাখতে হবে।
৫/হাইরাইজ বিল্ডিং এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় দিক গুলা তে এক বা একাধিক সেফটি ব্যবস্তা থাকতে হবে।
৬/মেইন এণ্ট্রিতে একটি সেড থাকতে হবে।
৭/অস্থায়ী ইলেক্টটি কাজের জন্য ২ ইন কোর এর তার ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
৮/লিফট কোরে ফাকা অংশটি ইটের গাঁথুনি দিয়ে বন্ধ রাখতে হবে।
৯/বাউন্ডারি ওয়াল এর সাথে কোন প্রকার বালি, পাথর,ইট রড় রাখা যাবে না।
১০/Hoist মেশিন সেট করার সময় অবশ্যই রড় দিয়ে ছাদের সাথে ভালো করে আটকাতে হবে।এবং ২০ বস্তা বালি উপরে বসিয়ে দিতে হবে।
১১/ফাষ্ট এইড বক্স সাইটে রাখতে হবে।প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার জন্য স্যাভলন সহ তুলা,ব্যান্ডিস রাখতে হবে।
১২/ওয়েল্ডিং মেশিন এর ব্যবহার পূর্বে উক্ত স্থানে ভিজা চট বিছাতে হবে এবং পানির ব্যবস্তা রাখতে হবে।
১৩/ রড কাটিং মেশিন চালানোর সময় অবশ্যই হেলমেট ব্যহার করতে হবে।
১৪/ বিল্ডিং এর আউটে কাজ করার সময় সেফটি বেল্ট পড়তে হবে।
১৫/ সাটারিং খোলার সময় কলাম এর আউট সাইটে রড বা বাশ বাদতে হবে।
১৬/ সাইটের ইলেক্ট্রিক মিটার বোর্ডের উপরে ছাউনী দিতে হবে।
১৭/ বিল্ডিং এর ভয়েট দিয়ে এক বিল্ডিং দিয়ে অন্য বিল্ডিং এ যাতায়াত করতে দেয়া যাবে ন।
১৮/ ষ্টোরের ওয়াল শক্ত থাকতে হবে।তালার ব্যবস্তা থাকতে হবে।
১৯/ সাইটে লাইটিং এর ব্যবস্তা থাকতে হবে।
২০/ প্রতি ১০/১৫ দিন পর পর বিল্ডিং এর সেফটি গুলা যথাযথ ভাবে ঠিক আছে কিনা তা চেক করে নিতে হবে।কোন ত্রুটি থাকলে তা সাথে সাতে ব্যবস্তা নিতে হবে। সব শেষে সব বিপদ এড়ারে সকল প্রকার সেফটির ব্যবহার থাকতে হবে যথাযথ ভাবে।Read
