ধাপ-১:  বাহিরের সারফেস প্রস্তুত করুন

বাহিরের সারফেস টি যদি কোন সিমেন্ট বালি ধারা প্লাস্টার করা থাকে সে ক্ষেত্রে বালির কনা গুলো অমশৃন অবস্থায় থাকে।সে ক্ষেতে আমরা ৮০/৬০ পাথর দিয়ে ঘষে  সারফেস টি মশৃন এবং সমান করে নেয়া হয়।এবং লেগে থাকা ডাষ্ট গুলো কে সাথে সাতে ব্লুরাল / হাওয়া মেশিন দিয়ে পরিষ্কার করে নিতে হবে।খেয়াল রাখতে হবে সব জায়গায় যেন পাথর দিয়ে ঘষা হয়। কোন একটি অংশ যেন বাদ না পরে। সারফেস এর কাজের উপর নির্ভর করে কতটা ভালো হবে পেইন্ট। তাই সেটি ভালো ভাবে প্রস্তুত করা অত্যাবশ্যকীয় জরুরী।

ধাপ-২: Sealer( Water Sealer, Sika Wall Decor) ব্যবহার করুন:

সিলার ২ ধরের পাওয়া যায় একটি লিকুইড এবং একটি পাউডার জাতীয় যা প্রস্তুত করে নিতে হয়।তবে বেশি ব্যবহার হয় লিকুইড ওয়াটার সিলার টি।সিলার ব্যবহার এর পূর্বে খেলাল রাখতে হবে এর ১ গ্যালন সিলার এর সাথে কি পরিমান মিনারেল ওয়াটার মিশাতে হয়।তবে ১ গ্যালন সিলার এর সাথে ১:১ অর্থাৎ ১ গ্যালন সিলার এর সাথে ১ গ্যালন পানি মিশাতে হবে ভালো করে। সম্পূর্ণ মিশানোর শেষ হলে এবার রোলার ব্যবহার করে সারফেস এর পুরু জায়গা জুড়ে সিলার দিয়ে টেনে দিতে হবে।আর যে সব জায়গায় রোলার দিয়ে সমস্যা হয় সে সব জায়গায় ব্রাশ দিয়ে লাগিয়ে দিতে হবে।খেয়াল রাখতে হবে ওয়াটার সিলার যেন সব জায়গায় দেয়া হয়।সিলার এর কাজ সম্পূর্ণ হলে অবশ্যই তা শুকানোর জন্য সময় দিতে হবে ২/৩ দিন তার পর পরের ধাপের কাজ শুরু করতে হবে।

ধাপ-৩: ওয়াল পুটি ব্যবহার করুন:

যুগের সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে কাজ কে সহজ করতে ওয়াল পুটি পেষ্ট আকারে পাওয়া যায়।তবে হাতে তৈরী করেও করতে পারে।পুটি প্রস্তুত করার জন্য  চক পাউডার ব্যবহার করা হবে থাকে ২৫%/৩০% সাথে পরিমিতি পানি মিশ্রন করে প্রস্তুত করতে হবে।এবার পুরু জায়গা জুড়ে পুটি দিতে হবে। এমন ভাবে দিতে হবে যেন কথাও বেশি বা কম না পড়ে। তাতে সারফেস এর উঁচুনিচু হবে।সে ক্ষেত্রে এবরোথেবরো দেখা যাবে।সমস্ত জায়গায় পুটি দেয়া শেষ হলে।সেটি কয়েক দিন শুকানোর জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে ২/৩ দিন। এবার ৬০ নাম্বার সিরিজ পেপার দিয়ে পুরু সারফেস ঘষতে হবে।কোথাও যেন বাদ না পড়ে খেয়াল রাখতে হবে।

ধাপ-৪:পেইন্ট নির্বাচন ও কার্যপব্দতি:

রংকে প্রস্তুত করার জন্য মিনারেল ওয়াটার ২০/৩০ ফ % দিয়ে ভালো করে মিশ্রন করে নিতে হবে।এবার রোলার,ব্রাশ দিয়ে সাবধানের সাথে আগে যে সব ছোট জায়গা আছে সে গুলে তে আগে রঙ স্পর্শ করে পুরো জায়গায় রোলার দিয়ে রঙ সম্পন্ন করতে হবে প্রথম ধাপের কাজ।এই ভাবে ২/৩ দিন শুকানোর পর আবার পরের কোট বা ফাইনাল কোট দিতে হবে।বাহিরের কাজের জন্য পেইন্ট ২ কোট ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।তাই ২য় কোট ফাইনাল কোট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে ১ম কোট এর দিক নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী। খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যেন কোন জায়গা যেন বাদ না পরে। তাই শতর্কতার সাথে কাজ সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে।
